From Monday 5th September, we will be open from 9am until 10pm everyday in the lead up to Ironman Wales. We will also be open from 5am on the morning of the event for any last minute items. There will be a 10% discount available for any Ironman Wales competitors on spares and accessories during this time. If you are sending your bike to Ironman Wales, we can rebuild it for you. Pre-event sports massage will be available at Tenby Cycles in the run up to Ironman Wales. On Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th September, Gerald Brace available from 6:30pm until 10pm and on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th September, Kim Griffiths will be available from 6pm until 9pm. Both are offering an special Ironman rate of £10 for 25 minutes. You can book direct with Gerald on 07967 837474 or Kim on 07816 789708 or through the shop on the number above. Kim is also able to provide post event sports massage on Monday 12th September in Narberth.

We are open from 9:30am until 5pm from Monday to Friday and 10am until 5pm on Saturday. We often open on Sunday but please phone beforehand to ensure we are open.
